For your convenience, our Service Department is open from 7:00am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, and 7:30am to 5:00 pm on Saturday. Please note that if you are planning on waiting for your vehicle, not dropping off or utilizing our shuttle services an 8:00am appointment time is recommended due to technician scheduling.
Our Body Shop is open from 7am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Please be as detailed as possible when completing the form below, so we can allow the appropriate amount of time for your vehicle. One of our Carter Chevrolet Service Advisors will contact you to confirm your service appointment, within 24 hours of receiving your request, during normal business hours.
